The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, is seeking expressions of interest for leased office space in Charlottesville, Virginia. The government requires between 3,123 and 3,280 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association Office Area square feet of contiguous office and related space on a single floor. The property must include ten reserved parking spaces, avoid being within 1,000 walkable feet of drug-free zones or schools, and cannot be collocated with residential units or agencies providing social services, probation, parole, or drug rehabilitation. To be considered, the building must meet federal standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismicity, and sustainability, and it must successfully pass a government risk and vulnerability assessment.
