The Air Force Installation Contracting Center, 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron at JBSA-Randolph, is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractor to provide non-personal Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape support services for the 336th Training Group. The work includes training support for courses such as Advanced SERE Skills, Long-Term Survival and Evasion, Emergency Parachute and Water Survival, Underwater Egress, SERE Specialist Training Orientation, and Evasion and Conduct After Capture, with instructional support for other USAF SERE School courses potentially within scope. Training will be conducted at Fairchild AFB, Washington and JBSA-Lackland, Texas, under a single firm-fixed-price IDIQ with a four-year ordering period beginning January 1, 2027 and a one-month mobilization phase-in/phase-out. This is an electronic solicitation under FAR Part 15 with no hard copies or public bid opening, proposals to follow Section L instructions, and offerors must be properly registered in SAM under NAICS 611519.
