The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg, is soliciting bids for the procurement of control and cable assemblies designated as special emphasis material. The selected contractor must manufacture, wire, and mold the cable assemblies in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 5486641 and satisfy strict toxicity, flammability, and hydrostatic testing requirements. This procurement is a total small business set-aside that requires compliance with ISO-9001 quality system standards, government source inspection, and a completed destructive first article test. Final delivery of the material is required within 210 days, with certification data submitted for review 20 days prior to shipment.
