Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is seeking bids to upgrade and replace the perimeter fencing at its facility in Glynco, Georgia, to comply with Interagency Security Committee standards. The contractor will be responsible for replacing approximately 2,800 linear feet of existing chain-link fencing, which includes installing 1,200 linear feet of ASTM F2656 M30/P1 crash-rated fencing and 1,600 linear feet of anti-climb, anti-scale fencing. This project is a total small business set-aside with a scheduled 180-day period of performance running from September 30, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
