Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory Services
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy is seeking information for an all-inclusive molecular diagnostic laboratory services procurement to support the America First Global Health Security strategy. The work would provide continuous, fully managed molecular diagnostic testing and services across DoS GHSD-supported countries, including Sub-Saharan Africa and potentially other countries, with coverage for HIV, TB, and global health security pathogens and possible expansion to HPV, HBV, HCV, and other STIs. The effort is aimed at qualified U.S. molecular diagnostics manufacturers, with responses intended to inform the final performance work statement rather than source selection, and the estimated annual contract value is $120 million to $220 million. Responses are due Wednesday, June 17 at 5:00 PM EST and must be submitted through the provided Microsoft Forms link; email submissions are not accepted.
