Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, intends to procure Public Diplomacy Event Management Support Services. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive event management support under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract. The contract will feature a base year period of performance along with two subsequent one-year option periods. Procurement decisions will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, with potential award determination made on initial proposals without discussions.
