The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, is seeking a contractor to perform pre-alignment, precision alignment, and post-alignment verification services for two newly installed MTU 20V4000M93L main diesel engines aboard the CGC Kathleen Moore. The selected contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless engine integration with the existing reduction gears and propulsion system, utilizing certified technicians who will coordinate with a Coast Guard-provided MTU Technical Representative. Work is to be performed at USCG Base Miami Beach in Florida, strictly between Monday and Friday from 0800 to 1500, with an expected commencement date of no later than five business days after the anticipated September 30, 2026 contract award.
