Contract Opportunity Analysis
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision through Blanket Purchase Agreements. The work includes substance use treatment and testing, mental health treatment, residential substance abuse treatment, and urine collection, testing, and reporting for Texarkana, TX and/or Texarkana, AR. Offerors must be able to serve within the catchment area using a facility available for use, provide services through qualified professionals, and offer prices at or below those charged to their most favored customer for comparable services. Interested offerors should submit a notice of interest with company contact information by June 24, 2026 to receive the RFP, and a bidder conference is scheduled for July 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.
