Therapeutic Diabetic Shoe Program

The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive Therapeutic Shoe Program for eligible American Indian and Alaska Native patients. The selected vendor will deliver therapeutic diabetic shoes and related orthopedic services to patients receiving healthcare through the Lawton Service Unit. Performance will take place in Lawton, Oklahoma, in support of specialized diabetic foot care and prevention initiatives.
