90-DAY DRY CARGO TIME CHARTER

Military Sealift Command, within the Department of the Navy and Department of Defense, is conducting market research for a 90-day dry cargo time charter. The requirement seeks U.S. and foreign flag roll-on/roll-off vessels able to carry military cargo such as helicopters, tracked and wheeled vehicles, and breakbulk, with two 90-day option periods also contemplated. The vessels must provide militarily useful deck space with at least 7'5" clearance and meet the stated cargo configuration needs, with delivery and redelivery in Corpus Christi, Texas and laydays beginning and canceling on September 17, 2026.
