Washington Headquarters Services, within the Department of Defense, is seeking a total small business set-aside contract for Facility Environmental Compliance, Planning, and Resiliency Technical Support to help maintain readiness and compliant operations for WHS facilities. The work includes multimedia environmental compliance, resiliency, natural resources, incident response and recovery, planning, communications, and related technical support for DoD locations in the National Capital Region and the Raven Rock Mountain Complex. The contract is structured as a firm-fixed-price IDIQ with a base period, four option years, and a six-month extension, and it requires Secret-level DoD industrial facility security clearance for both prime and subcontractor personnel along with CMMC Level 2 self-certification; past performance and security/key personnel are evaluated on a pass/fail basis. Proposal due dates were extended by amendment to June 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST, and offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment when submitting their offer.
