MH-60 Follow-on Flight Test Support

The Naval Air Systems Command, on behalf of the Department of the Navy, intends to award a cost-plus-fixed-fee order for MH-60 follow-on flight test support to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems. The work covers technical, management, and process support for testing MH-60R/S operational, vendor, maintenance-related, and laboratory support software, along with prime technical expertise for the H-60 test teams at HX-21 and VX-1. The effort includes support for testing obsolescent parts, regression, and upgrades for new capabilities, as well as interface testing and other government tests of H-60 software and hardware, with a projected period of performance from March 2027 through March 2032. This is intended as a sole-source action under FAR 6.302-1 because LM RMS is identified as the sole designer, developer, systems integrator, and manufacturer of the MH-60R and MH-60S, and the notice states that it is not a request for competitive proposals, though responses received within 30 days of publication will be considered.
