General Construction Services of Javits Federal Building 33rd Floor Renovation

The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service is seeking sources for the renovation of the 33rd floor of the Javits Federal Building at 26 Federal Plaza in New York, New York. The contractor will provide general construction services to fit out and modify the floor into a flexible, technologically advanced conference and office environment. Deliverables span diverse construction elements, including architectural, minor demolition, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, telecommunications, security, and audio-visual systems. The project must adhere to GSA Public Buildings Service Core Buildings Standards and is estimated to last 270 days following an anticipated award in Spring 2027.
