The Department of Defense’s U.S. Transportation Command is soliciting a Women-Owned Small Business for stevedoring and related terminal services at the Port of Gdansk, Poland, to support import and export movement of Defense Transportation System cargo. The work covers handling U.S. military cargo including containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and aircraft, along with vessel, truck, and rail loading and discharging, cargo staging, intra-port transfers, checking and tallying, and warehousing of government dunnage and tiedown materials. The performance work is set for 24/7/365 operations and places emphasis on security, safety, OPSEC, HAZMAT capability, qualified labor, specialized equipment, and port access and licensing compliance, with a period of performance running from November 28, 2026, through November 27, 2031, plus an optional six-month extension.
