The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 10 on behalf of the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, intends to award a sole-source SDVOSB contract for audio/visual and media support services to sustain healthcare operations. The work covers full-time onsite A/V technical support, video production, video teleconferencing support, IP/CCTV physical security systems support, digital signage, and related media services at the Cleveland, Ohio medical center. The contract is planned as a firm-fixed-price service requirement with a base year and two option years, and the intended source is Point Breeze Communications, Inc. under the VA’s Veterans First authority.
