Truck Bed Caps, Includes Installation

The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is seeking the purchase, assembly, and installation of truck bed caps for government vehicles in San Diego, California. The selected contractor must supply and install four SmartCap EVO Adventure caps for 2026 Ford F-250 Crew Cab trucks and one cap for a 2025 Ford F-150 Crew Cab truck, with all options including rear door screen protectors. To be eligible, the contractor must be located within a 30-mile radius of the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Building and complete the outfitting of each vehicle within two business days of drop-off during the anticipated performance period of September 28, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest-priced technically acceptable bidder, and quotations must be submitted by email to Valerie Leonova at Valerie.Leonova@ice.dhs.gov no later than September 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
