NAVFACSYSCOM Mid-Atlantic, for the Department of the Navy, is soliciting a small-business set-aside task order to replace HVAC units in Building 582 at Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The work includes demolishing existing HVAC components and related ceiling and lighting elements in rooms 101 through 103 and installing new ductless split systems, a directional fan, ductwork, air devices, refrigerant piping, condenser units, ceilings, and LED lighting. The project is being procured under an existing HVAC and mechanical construction MACC, with requirements for field verification, safety and environmental compliance, base access coordination, and completion outside pool season, either before May 9, 2026 or after September 20, 2026. Proposals are due June 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT, a mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 28, 2026, the PPI cut-off is June 11, 2026, and the estimated budget is between $250,000 and $500,000.
