Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through VHA Network Contracting Office 21 on behalf of the VA Central California Healthcare System, is conducting a sources sought market research effort for nuclear medicine radiopharmaceutical dose tracking software. The requirement calls for brand name or equal NMIS software, including a 3-user network system with USB barcode reader, web training, an external SQL option, a custom HL7 interface, and a DICOM worklist interface. The software must function as a fully integrated nuclear medicine module covering patient dose records, radiopharmaceutical inventory, billing, waste disposal, QA/QM, survey and wipe records, automated reporting, and TRM approval, with performance in Fresno, California.
