HANDSHAKE SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION

The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Human Resources Directorate, intends to issue a sole source contract for a Handshake Premium enterprise Software-as-a-Service subscription. The contractor will deliver a talent acquisition and digital recruitment platform to execute early-career sourcing and targeted outreach, which includes 20 recruiter seat licenses, the Handshake Talent Engagement Suite, an advanced brand page, an insights dashboard, and onboarding support. This platform must leverage Handshake's proprietary network of more than 1,400 accredited higher-education career centers to support recruiting campaigns for select Department of Defense components and offices.
