NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, on behalf of the Department of the Navy, intends to negotiate a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for shipboard and shore-based material handling equipment and shipboard mobile support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. The work includes technical support for repair and maintenance services covering unscheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, 12/18-month service, 18-month weight tests and/or forklift certification, and troubleshooting in the logistics arena. Performance is for NAVSUP FLC Norfolk in Norfolk, Virginia, under a base period plus four one-year ordering periods, with an option to extend services under FAR 52.217-8. The requirement is expected to be solicited on or about 25 March 2026, and interested vendors are to submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov; SAM registration is required before award and through final payment, and questions may be directed to Daniel Petro or Christopher Whiteside.
