KIWI Pack LUXE World Cup Biathlon Laser Product System

The Department of Defense, on behalf of the Vermont Army National Guard, has issued a sources sought notice to identify potential providers capable of supplying up to six KIWI Pack LUXE World Cup Biathlon Laser Product systems or suitable equivalents. Deliverables must include a complete turnkey package consisting of an eye-safe Class 1 laser rifle with an ambidextrous laminated beechwood stock, an optical-electronic laser target with instant visual hit feedback, and integrated accessories including a carrying harness, target tripod, and fitted carrying case. To qualify as an equivalent, the system must meet strict technical specifications, including waterproof electronic circuits rated for temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius, a physical trigger block replicating biathlon bolt-action simulation, and target optical sensors immune to direct sunlight interference.
