The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) has issued a Request for Information to identify qualified sources capable of synthesizing and supplying custom biological reagents, specifically aptamers. Qualified vendors must perform 100% off-site synthesis and delivery of custom-synthesized, lyophilized DNA, RNA, or peptide aptamer sequences in quantities ranging from 10 nmol to 1,000 nmol per sequence. Deliveries must be made to Aberdeen Proving Ground in Gunpowder, Maryland, and vendors must demonstrate capabilities in rigorous internal quality control, sequence verification, purity analysis, and ambient-temperature transit packaging. Interested respondents must provide a company profile, technical approach, relevant experience from the past five years, and quality management certifications.
