Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Navy, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, is procuring a Thinkmate Black Box Server on a brand name basis with no substitutions allowed. The requirement is for a single Thinkmate GPX QH10-25E9-10GPU server configured with dual AMD EPYC processors, 24 DDR5 ECC RDIMMs, multiple Micron SSDs, and eight NVIDIA H200 NVL GPUs. Award will be determined using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method, and offerors must be authorized Thinkmate resellers sourcing all components directly from the original equipment manufacturer or OEM-authorized channels. The delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Newport, Rhode Island, with a required delivery date of August 15, 2026, or earlier.
