Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, for the Department of the Navy, is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for testing biofouling paints and coatings in Pearl Harbor, with the work to be performed by the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
