The required work includes interior and exterior primer, paint, and stain removal on assembly bay, man, and visitor entrance doors, along with surface repairs to rotten wood, staining and sealing of all wood, and painting metal components and hardware black. This procurement is a 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside with a performance period of 140 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
