COMM RADIO BRIDGE
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, on behalf of the Arizona Air National Guard 161st Air Refueling Wing, is procuring communication base encryption and interoperability devices. The required deliverables include a modular interoperability gateway with eight voice interface modules, specifically a JPS ACU-Z1 Radio interoperability bridge, alongside eight supporting radio interface cables compatible with Motorola CM and APX series radios. This equipment will establish radio uniformity by connecting the base's standard VHF handheld radios with common UHF frequencies, restoring vital communication capabilities for pilots, maintenance personnel, and crew chiefs at the Goldwater Air National Guard Base in Phoenix, Arizona. This total small business set-aside acquisition is managed by Adrian Hreshchyshyn, who can be reached at adrian.hreshchyshyn@us.af.mil or 602-302-9225.
