This federal solicitation outlines the requirements for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to acquire and install 145 stackable, serialized electronic safes (Mesa SAFE-MHR916E-BLK or equal). The safes must feature specific interior and exterior dimensions, secure wall or floor mounting capabilities, user-determined electronic codes with override keys/codes, and the ability to be stacked five high. Contractors must deliver the safes to the TSA Atlantic City Warehouse in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, where subsequent nationwide installation at airports (including Guam and Puerto Rico) will be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
