The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District is seeking a contractor to perform waterline boring services at Fall River Lake, Kansas. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials to install approximately 1,715 feet of underground 2-inch High-Density Polyethylene water line pipe. To ensure future replacement capability and debris protection, the water line must be encased in a 4-inch High-Density Polyethylene sleeve. This solicitation is set aside entirely for small businesses, and offerors must submit a National Institute of Standards and Technology score in the Supplier Performance Risk System to be considered for award.
