Contract Opportunity Analysis
The United States International Development Finance Corporation, through its Office of Development Policy, is seeking an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for environmental and social technical assistance to support its E&S Risk Management Team. The contractor will provide on-demand advisory services across DFC transactions, including screening, due diligence, monitoring, client support, thematic and sector-specific expertise, training, and SOP development. Work must align with DFC’s 2024 Environmental and Social Policy and Procedures, IFC Performance Standards, and related good-practice requirements, with task orders issued on a labor-hour and/or firm-fixed-price basis during a five-year ordering period from June 15, 2026, to May 14, 2031. Proposals are due June 4, 2026, and DFC will hold an industry day on April 30, 2026; attendee names and emails must be submitted by April 29 at 4:00 p.m. Eastern time to Melissa Hergenrader and Aaron McKellum.
