Contract Opportunity Analysis
The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale Air Force Base, under the Department of the Air Force, is pursuing a sole-source IDIQ for the Local Instrument and Knowledge (LINK) Program to provide the 9th Operations Group with commercial flight resources needed to meet AFMAN 11-202V3 requirements. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, aircraft, supervision, and related services for flight instruction, aircraft rental, initial pilot assessments, ground and flight instruction as applicable, and course materials. The work is to be performed at the Beale AFB Aero Club Flight Training Center in Linda, California, and is intended to support pilot proficiency, safety, and airmanship, including operations in Beale AFB special use airspace. The Government will consider responses received by June 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST.
