The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price maintenance worker to support Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge and other refuges in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The work covers general maintenance, groundskeeping, equipment management, and related support services across Sandy Point, Green Cay, and Buck Island, with duties requiring moderate to heavy physical effort. The requirement includes experience operating tractors, trucks, and trailers, a Commercial Driver’s License, basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, auto mechanics, and groundskeeping, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; award will be made using a lowest-price technically acceptable approach with technical acceptability and past performance evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The period of performance runs from June 1, 2026, through September 30, 2030, with a base year and four option years, and quotations are due to the issuing office by May 29, 2026, at 1700 ED.
