Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense Education Activity is seeking AP U.S. History instructional resources to support its Advanced Placement U.S. History program. The work calls for 100% digital resources aligned to the College Board APUSH curriculum framework, including student and teacher materials, assessments that mirror the AP exam structure, and professional learning support. The resources must work with DoDEA’s learning management environment, support online access and limited internal downloading, and meet technical and security requirements including Schoology, Google Classrooms, single sign-on, FedRAMP Level 2, Section 508, and SCORM compliance. This is a sole-source notice of intent for a firm-fixed-price bridge contract with a one-year base period to avoid disruption for roughly 1,100 students, 46 teachers, and 12 subject-matter experts, with performance in Alexandria, Virginia, and it is not a request for proposals or quotations.
