The Department of the Navy’s NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is seeking a Women-Owned Small Business to support NAVIFOR N8 in identifying resilient command, control, and communications, IT transport and networks, and related capability gaps. The non-personal services task order requires contractor personnel to analyze afloat and ashore RF and SATCOM capabilities, assess RRL-related gaps, evaluate solution options, and develop requirements. The work supports end-to-end integrated capabilities for RC3, IT Transport and Networks, RRL, and C5I Core Tactical Baseline, including DOTMLPF-P considerations, CONOPS development, and prioritization, with performance in Suffolk, Virginia.
