The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center C3BM Directorate, is conducting market research to identify industry partners capable of providing a low-cost, ground-based Fire Control Radar. Respondents must detail how their systems address thirteen critical baseline attributes, including track range, accuracy, update rate, simultaneous track capacity, size, weight, and power. The system must support simultaneous target engagement against cruise missiles and unmanned aircraft systems using two or more distinct types of kinetic effectors, with a target unit cost of less than $10 million. Unclassified responses limited to 10 pages or less must be submitted electronically to Primary Contracting Officer Heather Bakker and Secondary Contracting Officer Chris Core by August 7, 2026, at 1700 EST.
