59--CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg, has issued a presolicitation notice of intent to negotiate a sole-source contract for the repair and modification of circuit card assemblies. The scope of work involves five units of circuit card assemblies identified by National Stock Number 7H-5998-015494572 under technical data package version 008, with delivery terms designated as FOB Origin. This sole-source procurement is pursued because the government does not own the necessary technical data, and reverse engineering the parts has been determined to be uneconomical. Responsible parties may submit capability statements or proposals within 45 days of the notice publication, or 30 days if issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement, to Justin Long at justin.t.long27.civ@us.navy.mil.
