The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, is issuing this solicitation to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for nonpersonal ambulatory healthcare services. The contractor must provide qualified personnel across several labor categories, including Family Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Radiologic Technologists, Optometrists, and Podiatrists. Services will primarily support the Fort Yuma Health Care Center in Winterhaven, California, with potential ordering support for the Hopi Health Care Center in Polacca, Arizona, over a single five-year ordering period. This acquisition is restricted to eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises under the Buy Indian Act.
