The trailers must meet detailed specifications such as a 7-by-16-foot form factor, 7,000-pound maximum GVWR, generator platform, all-terrain running gear, NEC-compliant electrical systems, and climate-control and interior outfitting requirements; a first article inspection is required, with production and inspection to follow within 180 days of a delivery order and final delivery due within 30 days after government inspection. This is a single firm-fixed-price IDIQ procurement with a five-year ordering period, and proposals must be submitted electronically in three volumes by June 8, 2026 at 1300 CDT, with questions due May 15, 2026 at 1300 CDT.
