This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the terms for a vendor to provide consigned breast implants and tissue expanders to NMCP. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks to identify potential sources for a new Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for breast implants and expanders at Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Portsmouth, Virginia. This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or offer to form a binding contract. The Government will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are responsible for all expenses incurred in responding. The RFI specifies the NAICS code 339113 (Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing) and PSC 6515 (Medical And Surgical Instruments, Equipment, And Supplies).
