The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) to provide laser etching services and Nu Trace scanner solutions for the Phoenix VA Health Care System. The primary objective of this procurement is to mark up to 50,000 surgical instruments with unique device identifiers to enhance inventory tracking, prevent loss, and improve the efficiency of surgical procedures. This contract will also encompass data entry, inventory editing, re-marking of instruments, and staff training on the operation of the laser etching machine, along with an annual preventive maintenance program for the laser and scanner over a base period plus three option years.
