The Department of the Army’s Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal is seeking a follow-on contract for technical support services for the U.S. Army Garrison–Redstone Directorate of Public Works. The work will provide specialized staff such as database managers, GIS technicians, real property survey specialists and inspectors, quality assurance specialists, drafters, and engineers to support reimbursable programs, tenant missions, real property management, BUILDER database management, and related public works activities at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The requirement is structured as a non-personal services IDIQ contract and includes contractor responsibility for personnel, equipment, materials, quality control, and compliance with security measures such as background checks, AT Level I, iWATCH, OPSEC training, and CAC policies. This is a sources sought for competitive 8(a) firms under reference number W9124P-26-RFI-TSS, with an anticipated five-year period from January 6, 2027, to January 5, 2032, an estimated value of about $24 million, and capability statements requested by TBD May 2026 along with feedback on the draft PWS.
