(SAF/AQ) Notice of Intent to Sole Source - CQ Roll Call Subscriptions

The Department of Defense, specifically the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SAF/AQ), intends to sole source a contract to CQ-Roll Call, Inc. for twelve-month subscriptions that provide comprehensive non-partisan summaries of U.S. Congressional legislation, real-time tracking of legislative bills and amendments, and analysis of Congressional votes and proceedings. These subscription services are critical for maintaining informed oversight of legislative activities and are uniquely offered by CQ-Roll Call, Inc., with no competition anticipated unless alternative sources are identified.
