Commercial Pass-Through Heated Holding Cabinets

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Tallahassee Food Service Department, is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of four new commercial-grade, two-section pass-through heated holding cabinets. These cabinets must be designed for continuous, high-volume use in a correctional food service environment. Key technical requirements include a stainless steel interior, commercial-grade exterior, four insulated solid doors, and heavy-duty locking swivel casters. The electrically heated units must feature digital controls with an exterior display, uniform heat distribution, fast temperature recovery, and an adjustable range of at least 140°F to 180°F. Additionally, each cabinet must have an interior capacity of at least 45 cubic feet, accommodate full-size sheet pans, include a minimum of six adjustable shelves, and operate on a 208–240V single-phase electrical connection. Equipment must be NSF certified and UL or ETL listed. Delivery is FOB Destination to FCI Tallahassee in Florida, and units must include a minimum one-year parts and labor warranty.
