Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Caribbean District is hosting a joint outreach event for two upcoming design-build and design-bid-build Multiple Award Task Order Contracts to support requirements in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The core scope includes General Construction for new facilities and repairs under a minimum $99 million program capacity, as well as Water and Power Infrastructure modernization under a minimum $200 million program capacity. Both contracts will span a five-year period of performance, consisting of one base year and four option years, with individual task orders ranging from $350,000 to $100 million.
