16--BUS POWER CONTROL U, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, is issuing a presolicitation for the repair and modification of 11 Bus Power Control Units. This flight-critical procurement requires specialized engineering skills and technical data to maintain part quality under National Stock Number 7R-1680-015854816-P8. Because the required technical data is not economically available to the Government, the Navy intends to negotiate with only the previously approved source, though alternate sources may submit qualification packages for evaluation.
