Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a qualified small business Architect-Engineer firm to provide Title I and Title II design services for the Meadowood Special Recreation Management Area in Lorton, Virginia. The selected contractor will design an approximately one-mile, accessible loop sensory nature trail featuring activity stations, a trailhead structure, a parking area, and two engineered stream crossings, as well as perform topographic surveys for the Mustang Trailhead and the Enchanted Pond Outflow. Work must comply with federal building codes and require civil, structural, architectural, and landscape design services over an anticipated 180-day period of performance.
