Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, on behalf of the Florida National Guard, is seeking capability statements for five complete Towable Expeditionary Shelter System – Small units. Contractors must deliver self-contained, hard-sided, mobile workstations integrated onto standard military HMMWV-towable trailer chassis for command, control, and administrative operations. Each trailer system must deploy in under six minutes, provide at least 86 square feet of climate-controlled workspace, feature blackout capability, and include integrated power generation, HVAC systems, and MIL-STD-810G/H standard compliance. All units must be delivered FOB Destination to the Camp Blanding Joint Training Center in Starke, Florida, by July 31, 2026.
