Supply and Delivery of 2026/2027 Motor Vehicles

The United States Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica has issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to authorized vehicle dealers for the supply and delivery of three vehicles: two 2026 Hybrid SUVs (Blue/Grey) and one 2026 4WD, 7-seater SUV (White). To be considered technically acceptable, submissions must include a compliance checklist demonstrating that the quoted vehicles meet or exceed the specified technical and safety requirements. Quotations must be priced in USD, excluding duties and taxes, and must detail delivery times, warranty terms, product literature, and local spare parts and service support availability. Because the Embassy will not handle customs clearance or pay duties independently, vendors must include and guarantee all shipping, clearance, and delivery charges to the Embassy's location at 30 Monroe Road, Kingston. Additionally, responding firms must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission. Completed quotations, alongside signed NDAA 889 representations, must be emailed to Kingston.quotes@state.gov no later than Monday, August 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
