Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center is procuring the Huntsville Architectural and Engineering Support Indefinite Delivery Contract 2.0 to provide comprehensive worldwide architect-engineer, planning, design, and technical support services. The scope of work covers secure and nonsecure facility and infrastructure projects, encompassing master planning, design services, commissioning, feasibility studies, and construction-phase support. This procurement is structured as an Architect-Engineer Multiple Award Task Order Contract with an anticipated total shared value of approximately $399 million to $400 million over a maximum seven-year period. Work will be performed primarily at contractor offices for projects inside and outside the contiguous United States, with a planned qualifications-based selection targeting six unrestricted awards and one small business reserve. The official procurement synopsis is anticipated in the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, with final contract awards projected for the second quarter of fiscal year 2028.
