The Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Space Systems Command, is seeking Statements of Capability (SOCs) for the Rocket Systems Launch Program (RSLP) Innovative Delivery of Effects (RIDE) acquisition strategy. This program will provide responsive suborbital and orbital launch services, experimental support, and targets support to the Department of War and other government agencies. The government is contemplating the use of two multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles, split between commercial Space Transportation Services and non-commercial Space-Related Activity launch services. Interested parties are encouraged to RSVP for the Industry Day at Kirtland Air Force Base by September 15, 2026, and submit their fifteen-page SOC electronically to Robert Robson at robert.robson.1@spaceforce.mil within seven days of the government posting answers to Industry Day questions, tentatively scheduled for October 2, 2026.
