Coos Bay Pier Utilities
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is conducting a sources sought market survey for the Coos Bay Pier Utilities Upgrade to identify vendors with the capability and availability to support future pier utility work. The scope includes removing and replacing utilities on and around a pier in Coos Bay, Oregon, such as potable water piping and fittings, valves and valve boxes, electrical conduit and cabling, receptacles and switches, circuit breakers, light posts, wooden railing, ladder access to a floating dock, and a life ring compartment. The work involves limited ground disturbance, work on top of and along the pier, beneath the pier by boat access, and certified testing of newly installed systems, with performance anticipated from approximately October 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
